My wife and I were in Cairo in November. Well, in short, we drove there for 10 hours, and not 5, as the guides selling tours say, the bus is not very soft, there is a toilet, but you can only walk along the "SMALL", otherwise it will be forgotten. Near the pyramids, locals swoop in, grab, pull, hands are constantly poking something. Well, and also a cart of pyramids, it’s dirty, horses and camels ride tourists tighter and then crap, so the stench is still there. The whole tour lasts almost 26 hours, right there, along with the pyramids, the tour included a trip to the papyrus museum (just a store) and the Cairo Museum (it’s beautiful but small and you can’t take pictures) and a shop with essential oils (they sell all sorts of garbage for normal money). And during the trip we were offered to buy a set of teas and coffee - DO NOT TAKE THIS GE. I probably would have chosen a different tour if I knew that everything would be that way. But this is a personal matter for everyone.

And I liked the trip to Cairo. We went in March 2013 from the company Vova Tours. We were immediately warned that the road is not easy and lasts about 7-8 hours, and it happened. On the bus, we personally, on the advice of a company representative, took pillows from the hotel, which really saved us, because. so many hours of sitting is really not pleasant enough. There were stops for the toilet, of course, there were some shops mentioned, but without this, not one excursion goes anywhere, if you want without shops, drill an individual tour, but this costs much more. We really liked the museum, of course, a whole day would not be enough to visit such a museum, but the pyramids are still a wonder of the world and I, personally, tried not to pay attention to the locals. In general, we were very satisfied with the tour. Pyramids are something really amazing.
