In October last year we were in Sonest - it was the most amazing place with fish! We sailed for Sofitel, swam for two hours - we even saw crowds of squids!
We recently returned from the Continental (were in both several times) - the sea is not bad, but it was better in Sonest. More good reefs in Sultan Gardens...
