how is TA going to book a tour without a series and number of passports? without last name / first name, cat., as mentioned above, must match the passport spelling ??? hotels do not accept such reservations. i.e., TA makes "concessions" (read, a trick), and if the passports are not ready on time, will they ask you for a fine in full? did you make this point?
