Peaceful hotel with a beautiful reef for a middle aged couple

I have never been to Egi, so I want to get advice from experienced "Egyptians" on choosing a hotel for a relaxing holiday for a middle-aged couple. The main criteria are as follows:
1.1st line (problems with joints during long walking)
2.smooth entry into the water (wife can’t swim) + a beautiful reef nearby for my own use : )
3. personnel who do not "score" on the client (all the more so only because the client is Russian)
4.Internet (although an experienced friend has already offered to solve this problem by buying a SIM card and a Vodafone-Gut modem, if possible!)
5. absence (or minimum) of citizens like "Tagiiiiil!" and various "boom-boom" entertainment
6. normal food breakfast + dinner would be fine). If in some hotels it is not forbidden to take a dessert or a couple of fruits from breakfast for a snack in five-o-clock, it’s generally ideal

Yes, you can see Faraana Reef Club 4 * and Reef Oasis Beach Resort 5 *, hotels in the bay, there is no wind, there is sandy entry into the sea and there is a pontoon, civilization is within walking distance. In general, very good hotels, located next to each other.
