We also read all the good things about them, found them, ordered 6 excursions from them, but somehow it didn’t work out with THEIR responsible approach. To the submarine - FORGOTTEN FOR US !!!!! WAIT 40 MINUTES, the guide arrived at the hotel for a tour later than ours, after long calls and clarifications, they still took us. They said to Jerusalem that for $ 80, we gave (as they asked) an advance, then suddenly an SMS came that rose in price and became $ 110 and $100 child. Agreed, because already tuned in. They promised to write an SMS at 17-00 with the exact time of departure, after an hour of waiting, SENT ITSELF 3 SMS (I was worried because we were traveling with two children) while they answered very capaciously "19.35" and that's it !!!! I do not agree! They didn't sell excursions to Jerusalem for more than $90 and that was last year. Now - $85. Look at their website. Sounds like you've contacted the wrong company. It happens. In Sharm, many began to impersonate Gena and Cheburashka.

The day before yesterday I returned with my husband from Sharm. In total, we took 7 excursions, three from Pegasus and four from Cheburashka (Gena was on vacation). Of the four excursions, three were 100% liked! (moto safari, Cairo and diving on Tiran Island), we had real professionals on diving, by the way, people who bought excursions from Intrist were with us. Only one (Abu Galum) was not very good: it was terribly annoying to spend a lot of time in these Bedouin villages (an hour in one and 20 minutes in another !!), and then they gave only 40 minutes to the Blue Hole and fed dinner at 3.
So I don’t advise you to take this particular excursion there, but all the rest are just super! In Cairo, we had just a wonderful guide (a real archaeologist), we were given enough time for everything, there were two drivers on the bus.
Bottom line: from the tour operator out of three excursions - there were negative moments on two, from BrothersSafari out of four - only on one. + big cost savings. If we are in Sharm again, we will take excursions from them.

We went to Sharm in November. They learned about Gena and Cheburashka on the Internet in advance. The hotel was not far from their office in Nabq and all excursions were taken from them, namely from Gena (his name is Mahmoud) or Ibrahim - his partner. Cheburashka sits in another office :) We liked everything. They took Tiran on a yacht with a dive, Ras-muhammed, Abu-galum, moto safari. Their prices are still the best :)

Then they drove to their office, issued vouchers. the guys always call back themselves, after the first tour they called me and asked - "how are you doing there, did you like it? Were there any problems?" etc. Those. the guys are working, they have excellent service, I really liked it, before the flight home they called me and wished me a good journey. A call, a trip to the office, payment for the tour and the tour itself. Everything is simple, no stress. Thanks =)

In May 2012, my wife and I took vouchers to Jerusalem from Cheburashka and Gena for 75 bucks, and traveled on a bus with tourists who took vouchers from a tour operator (Pegasus) for 215 dollars.
