And if you can’t get sad thoughts out of your head at all, try to find a tour from another company with a different carrier, return your advance payment and terminate the contract without penalties for not providing full information about the tour when concluding the contract - your TA was obliged to tell you whose tour you are buying and who is the air carrier

Regarding new / old aircraft on charters - Anex tour together with UTair in June 2010 bought a new Boeing (I flew it 2 times already), VizAir also has new ones. Tez tour uses UIA vessels - there is also a brand new aircraft. So not necessarily a charter-old plane.
