Good hotels with reefs are only in Sharm El Sheikh, where I liked Sunrise Island View, Concord - there is one of the best reefs! + close to Soho

In October, my husband and I rested in Sharm at a 4 * hotel - Nesco Dessole Joyous - super. The beach is a 5-minute walk (free taxis drive), specially imported white sand on the beach, two piers. The food is very good both in the hotel and on the beach. Animators are good. The hotel itself has 3 swimming pools (of different depths). Go you won't regret it. Only the services of a tour operator (Pegasus) do not use excursions, 2 times more expensive than the rest.

#1 just returned - reef near Tiran Island. Hotels: Melia Sinai, Baron, Tiran Island, Montazah.
The best reef on the Baron pantone and towards the reconstructed Conrad hotel.
If you are diving, I recommend diving.
Very long reef - several kilometers, you can swim for hours to admire.
No. 2 A good reef in Shark Bay - AA Grand Oasis, Four Seasons hotels, but not so long and colorful.
No. 3 Middle Garden Reef - Continental Garden Reef Hotel. The ripf is a little dead, but very long and there are a lot of big animals.
In general, I noticed that in different seasons large animals can be found easier or harder.
