From your list, I recommend Concorde El Salam front. We rested there in October, everyone was happy. The hotel staff assured that in the spring they also had no wind.

Jaz Fanara for sure! Hotel - SUPER!!! The reef is great. Were at the end of March - a heated pool, the sea was +24, there was almost no wind, the food was varied and "to satiety" !!! I recommend!
