Along the MOST beautiful reef - boats still get on the shamandura near Hyatt (next to the cheap Grand Oasis through the fence), Regency Park, Melton (or whatever it's called now) ... well, there are a couple more places - these are boats floating Local (along the hotels) ...and according to your logic, in all these places there are the MOST beautiful reefs :) ... Ras Um El Seed (near Phanara) is definitely NOT the most beautiful - it's just the closest to the port - a convenient location ... and EVERYTHING!
