I personally love the sea view. And I bought an apartment in Hurghada with a Seaview. More expensive, of course, came out. Do not care that the sun is in the windows, but there is a balcony. With a jar of stella in hand, I met sunrises for a couple of years. But then they built up this seaview, parasites, with age-style multi-storey sheds)) now the wall of the house flaunts there, with a typical outdoor sewage system))) it's miserable.
