Nabq is not for everyone. But if you settled there, there's nothing you can do about it. I really like Fares, I've been to OldMarket and IlMercato several times. Basically, they did something. And just eat to the dump of seafood - this is the fish market in the Old Market. Shrimp 10-12 USD depending on the size. I don’t remember lobsters, but 2 times cheaper than in a restaurant 20 meters from the market. They cook it deliciously, pack it in foil, we take a minibus to Naama and it's still hot. It depends where you are in Nabq. There used to be a not bad cafe in La Strada. It's across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe. Whether it works now, I don't know. Burger King is also nearby - you can take the child :)
