Don't be afraid of bad reviews. The hotel is good - and the territory, and food, and service. And what is worth only a cave with a jacuzzi! My then 3-year-old son did not want to get out of there at all. The water in the jacuzzi is heated, even in summer. If you are going for the first time, you should like it. The main thing is a positive attitude! Good luck and enjoy your holiday!

I can't help but comment. The hotel is NO. I believed that there is a heated pool. Nothing like this. There are no heated pools there. The grotto with a jacuzzi has not been working for four months, the water in it is dirty, smelly. There is simply nothing for children to do in this hotel, and the kitchen struck me - this is food for a solid three. The staff is lazy and rude. At the entrance to the restaurant, only foreigners are looked into the eyes and taken to the table. Room cleaning is not done. Towels were changed ONE TIME in a week!!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the same money you can relax and better.
