I probably have outdated information, but in November, all was not extended to the lobby.
There is a pharmacy within a 5 minute walk. I don't remember the name of the hotel, but if you come out of the arch leading to the beach, then turn left along the road. They speak excellent English there.

I think the lobby is located in the reception hall under the stairs to the restaurant. There in November no all inclusive worked.
And the one on the street near the shops is a shisha bar (hookah bar). There all applies to drinks.
