Before going, I read a lot of negative reviews, so I looked for flaws. But there was nothing to complain about.
The food, perhaps, in someone's opinion, is not as varied as in the Hilton, but one must take into account the situation in the country, and even now there were many dishes, everything was delicious. They gave fruit, pizza, grilled meat. The waiters and chefs did their best. I can't say anything bad about the staff at all. Even with a large number of Italians, attention was paid to everyone. Everyone was friendly, polite, everyone smiled. Helped solve problems. The room was cleaned well.
Regarding the same Italians, they are not the only ones there. With us, 180 Englishmen drove into the hotel, there were also Germans, Belgians, Czechs. Nobody interfered with each other. There was enough space for everyone. Of course, if you want to have a good time, then you need to look for a company among ours. Because the foreigners keep to themselves. But there was no feeling that everything was just for them. And the animation and the staff with us were more friendly than with them. Animation in the hotel is. Every evening there was a program, very funny. In English, since the hotel is international, but the animator Inna translated into Russian. The Italians had fun separately, but it did not bother them, they were bored. Animation program every day. Gymnastics, aqua aerobics, belly dance, volleyball. Inna also played with the children. All members of the animation team are very positive and friendly.

The rooms were clean, everything as in the photos in the brochures. There is only a shower in the bathroom, throughout the hotel. After Turkey, this did not seem like a disadvantage. The room was given immediately, there was no sea view, but we did not ask. But next to the pool, not far from the main pool and restaurant. It was convenient.
The beach is good, there are many places to sunbathe. Swimming was possible only from the pontoon, where the coral reef ended and it was deep. There were many different fish, very beautiful and big and small. The hotel has three swimming pools, for those who are not attracted to fish. One of them is for children. The territory is large, beautiful, everything is green, many flowers.
The disadvantage is that there is no disco. Animators drove every evening to paid discos.
There were no other shortcomings in the hotel. In my opinion a very good, beautiful hotel with polite staff.
Only anex tour overshadowed the trip, not even they, but the air carrier company. Hotel guides are polite and nice, helped to solve all the problems. But when flying there, the plane was delayed for 7 hours, instead of three days, we took off at 10 pm. I had to sit at the airport all day, as the flight was postponed gradually, first at 4, then at 7, then at 8, then at 9. On the way back, the plane also delayed by 2 and a half hours. There is no desire to fly with the Hors airline anymore. But otherwise the stay was great.
