1. Settlement. We arrived late in the evening, we were asked to sit down and wait at the reception table (the table was dirty and there were used glasses on the floor), we put on bracelets and we went to dinner, the check-in was quite fast.
2. Sea. The beach is well organized, zoning, there is a place only for adults, there is a place for children, but the reef is dead, you need to swim to the side to the Monte Carlo hotel, there is a live reef.
3. Territory. Half of the Hotel is closed for repairs, it’s also impossible to walk along the beach, the path is being repaired. Near the entrance to the hotel there is a fountain with water from the sewer (as for irrigation throughout Egypt), but why such a fountain with a specific smell at the main entrance is not clear.

4. Nutrition. There are a lot of vegetables, fruits: tangerine, guava, apples, strawberries, bananas, but there are questions about the main dishes: there is fish, it is cooked either on the grill or deep-fried, but the grill is definitely burnt, the deep-frying is overcooked. Eat meat, usually either lamb/beef or chicken/turkey.
Pastries, cakes and cakes are available. Pasta, rice, potatoes. They weren't hungry. Alcohol is only local (the cheapest).
5. Animation. There is. Exercise, water aerobics, during the day they make entertainment in the evening. There is mini-golf, football, volleyball, there is a good gym. From questions on animation: tired clothes of animators-girls, just sadness (
6. Service. The staff is polite, but you need to ask for everything: wipe the table, remove the dirty glass, the main restaurant is friendly, which cannot be said about A la carte, they are unfriendly, we didn’t like it, there are no such problems in the main restaurant.
7. Cleanliness in the rooms. Clean, cleaned every day, rooms renovated.
8. There is a mini-bus around the Hotel, as the territory is with steps, it is inconvenient to walk with a stroller, but you can take the bus or along the path where the bus rides.
9. Outside the territory of the Hotel there is just darkness, there is nowhere to go, everything is destroyed.
10. Pools. There are heated, there is a water park, comfortable pools for children.
11. For companies of more than 6 people, the hotel is not suitable, tables are not calculated, tables cannot be moved, these are the rules of the hotel.
I do not recommend the hotel, the main drawback is the discrepancy between price and quality.
