Hello! We went to this hotel after reading good reviews. As I understand it, those who write that everything is fine about the rest in this hotel have little idea what 5 stars means (((. We went with an annex tour. We arrived at the hotel at about 7 pm, check-in took no more than 15 minutes. They gave us 10 dollars at the reception, asking for a normal room. They convinced us that the room was excellent, with a large bed and a beautiful view. When we entered the room and saw it - we were numb - it's nothing to say. I have never seen such squalor anywhere: peeled furniture, dirty curtains, a dead toilet, and even a door between neighbors' rooms on a latch, and, yes, yes, chewed batteries from the TV remote control. In short, mine are in shock: "Where did you bring us. " Naturally, the question arose (WHAT TO DO? ). I was still nervous I threw the money and documents into the safe, without reading how to use it, and closed it. Naturally, the old code remained there and my wealth was closed. Tin!!!!
I sent my people to dinner, she herself went to the reception to open the safe. The receptionist asked me what my number was. They asked for money for a replacement, I said that I would think about it, they offered to come to 9, look at another one.
Just at that time, my travel agent Valya wrote to me (thank you very much), to find out how our room is. In short, we decided to relocate with her help and with the help of the annex to a normal room overlooking the main pool and the sea (free of charge). Everything worked here and it was clean and a beautiful view from the window (2nd floor).

Keys are constantly demagnetized. They regularly went to magnetize them, until she asked for new cards, not dead ones. I read reviews here that all problems were quickly resolved. Yes, the staff solved the problems that arose (for example, an unscrewed safe in the room, unchanged towels thrown on the floor and various other trifles), but in a 5-star hotel, in principle, they should not be!!!!!!
Then, when I approached the reception desk and met with this young man who settled us, he told me that he was offended by me, because I connected whoever I could to my number change, he was given a significant remark. I wonder who should be offended by whom????
I have no questions about food. Everything suited me, the child also found what to eat. The husband twisted his nose at first, but then he also got involved. There was meat, fish, very tasty beef. Breakfast is light and monotonous. Sweets for an amateur.
Good warm sea, great weather and beautiful fish. It was worth the trip for this.
We went out for a walk outside the hotel and bought souvenirs. Delicious mangoes were bought from the Bedouin for 1.5 dollars per kg. We went on a tour with an annex around the city for a survey. It's ok to go once. A beautiful church and an interesting tour there and the guide's story. You can go to the old city to the bazaar for 3 dollars by taxi, but personally I got a nervous breakdown there. There are practically no tourists, everywhere the twisted streets of the bazaar, dirt, and sellers who are trying to deceive you. If you want to buy something, buy at Il Mercato, it's 7 minutes walk from the hotel.
Animation was every day. The guys were doing their job. All evening programs and shows were interesting. We were almost all the time by the sea and in the water park, and the fun was at the main pool.
I also want to say a special thank you to the employee of the Shibi hotel, he really cares about his reputation.
So I can say that the hotel does not pull 5 stars, it has its own nuances, but having solved them, you can relax.
At the expense of going again, I just find it difficult to answer.
I also want to write about the flight. Everything went very well. The skill of the pilots was excellent. Excellent takeoff and landing.
