I choose a hotel myself, Anex has one of the lowest prices, and departures are always good in time (morning-evening). Flight delays do not depend on maintenance, but on the airport of departure. They will always take you, they won’t drop you off on the road, accommodation issues, etc. are decided by the guest relay service or the hotel administration, we don’t buy excursions from TO if the guides stop saying hello (and it happens!) - it’s easier for us! I won’t say for Egypt, but for the last 3 years in Turkey, almost always with Anex. Really like. I flew with Tez in May - no difference!

When I was at the hotel, representatives from Anex were two young men of Turkish nationality. And then, you are not flying because of the tour operator ...?

Keep track of your room balance so that there are no unpleasant surprises upon departure! Excursions can be taken from local agencies, but only if it is an agency with an office and staff, and not an Arab with a sign on the street. We took everything from Anex. Although they overpaid, everything was at a very good level: both buses, and a guide, and some elementary care for their clients.
