The hotel is really very good. Great attitude towards all tourists. The staff did not have a division into "Russians" and "category for VIP service" (at least in relation to ourselves, we did not notice this). The rooms were always clean. The food is superb. For those who criticize the attitude of the Egyptians towards the Russians, I can say one thing, how you behave is how you will be treated. For example: mosquitoes bit me very badly, I didn’t take the ointment with me, but during an evening walk, my husband and I passed by one of the shops on the territory of the hotel and the seller asked how we were resting. I complained that mosquitoes were biting and the next day this seller brought me mosquito ointment. It is worth considering that we saw him for the first time and did not buy anything from him.

Special thanks should be said to the hotel managers (not the host company, but the hotel). This is not the first time we are resting in Egypt, but it was the first hotel where they called our room and found out if there were problems or not.

Don't pay attention to the little things. The most important thing is to take a good mood with you, and then the whole vacation will pass with a bang.
