The hotel is outdated, not repaired, launched, dirty. The elevators work with interruptions and dangerous - they are stuck several times in the elevator. The rooms are not cleaned at all, even at the request. Workers are indifferent, inattentive, lazy, do not understand what they are told either in Russian or in English. They even tried to run into the fact that we were too dissatisfied. The phone does not work in the room, chairs break when they sit on them. Sometimes there is no water. The beds and pillows are old, hard, dirty. In the room, the TV is a museum exhibit. Day curtains are just black - they did not erase from birth.
The food is monotonous, tasteless, it is impossible to drink coffee. The dining room is very dirty, the tables are dirty, torn, dirty dishes, chairs are broken and torn. All the time sparrows and crows sit on food. Workers do not drive them. In general, the impression is that everyone is up to the light bulb. If employees who clean the tables fall dishes or devices, they do not raise them. People then stumble and fall.
The beach is large, but the sunbeds are very old, made of wood, with broken boards, nails crawl out, it is dangerous. Torn mattresses. Beach towels do not change. The territory is groomed, dirty.

There is no interior.
One tourist stole outerwear - the administration does nothing.
It's a shame that we paid for the hotel as for 4 stars. I don't know who painted them ...
I advise you not to choose this hotel !! ! For no small money.
