Upon arrival, we were immediately settled, the manager at the reception said I will give you the best room with a stunning view, we were immediately given a number from the room and the concierge approached us, we were tired from the flight and immediately followed him, and noticed that we were being led somewhere it’s not clear that these are some kind of utility rooms, well, we thought it was right, going to the door we noticed the construction of a new hotel on the right and there was no question of any kind of good, I immediately realized that we had been deceived, when we entered the room we were in a slight shock .

Firstly, the bed linen was dirty and washed out, secondly, the bathroom was in a terrible state, the repair was about nothing, it was not there from the very opening, there was no refrigerator, the wife washed herself literally under the tap the first night because the shower did not work, the view from the window was on a shabby pool and a cracked floor near it, I got angry and immediately went to the reception to find out why they gave us such a room in a 5-star hotel, I thought that I was in some kind of 2-star hostel, and then hostels are much cleaner, I wanted to look at the cheating manager and he looked arrogantly as if nothing had happened and said I can’t help you, like just come tomorrow and maybe we’ll pick up a room for you, I resigned myself and went to rest because we were very tired, and there was no time for all this .
I want to note that there were a lot of indignant tourists like us near the reception, it also became a shame that all Russian speakers are accommodated in these buildings on the left, and foreigners are accommodated in the main one, some kind of discrimination is felt, such as there is more respect for English speakers, but for me as a simple It makes no difference to a person who is what nation, all people are the same. I just feel sorry for our people!

The room was in another building below, and the repair was more or less clean, the bathroom itself was without breakdowns, everything seemed to be clean and the cleaner changed the bedding to clean until I gave him a tip, but the view from the window was good, the sea, our pool and there was also a terrace, everything suited us and we decided to stay knowing that it was better and they wouldn’t give it, I didn’t like the fact that it’s already 19 years old and the TVs are still old, there was also no refrigerator and at the reception they said that they don’t have enough!

As for food, it’s a separate issue in general, on day 5 I noticed that the menu in this hotel is the same, I went on day 6 and was sick for a whole week and didn’t get out of the room, you can say, the last few days I was even disgusted to go into their dining room because of the smell was terrible and all the same food, ate only burgers that they give out downstairs.
