This is not the first time in Egypt, therefore, there is something to compare in terms of the service offered at the hotel. I want to say that although the hotel needs cosmetic repairs, the hotel staff during our stay at the hotel was interested in the opinion of vacationers about what problems interfere with normal rest and reacted to the comments of tourists by eliminating problem situations as much as possible during the rest (in our room the sewer was clogged, the problem was eliminated on the same day). Of course, there is a problem with good nutrition (cut fruit, sugar 2 sticks in hand, lack of olives on the menu, portioned meat) , but they were never hungry. I was pleasantly surprised by live music in the evening, which brightened up the evening of vacationers. Entertainment on the beach is also full of variety and not expensive services (diving, a trip to Tiran Island, ATVs, a parachute). The result of our stay at the hotel is good mood, cool tan, pleasant communication with new people and of course the sea.
