21 days is certainly a lot for a beach holiday, but it is absolutely normal if you go on excursions. However, given the age of your children and the climate of Egypt, it is doubtful that they will survive this. Consider reducing the number of days. Yes, and the food, no matter how good it is in the hotel, the children will get bored and they will want something familiar and familiar.

I traveled with Masya in July. the children endured the heat normally .. but we had such a schedule: at 6 in the morning we were already on the beach. until 9.00-9.30. then breakfast (in the evening we took fruit for a morning snack, and after the sea a full snack). then, according to the mood - a mini-club, or a dream in a room. Afternoon lunch and after 15.30 at sea until 17.30. Then dinner, children's disco and at 21.30 bye. There was no need to put the child to bed ... he climbed into bed and passed out. Hours on the sea - did not climb out of the water. from 06.00 to 08.00 nothing was worn except swimming trunks for a small one, then a cotton tunic with a long sleeve and a cap with a closing neck. In the evening, they didn’t wear anything either - the sun didn’t get so hot. In the afternoon - you can kick back, but you can wait it out either in the room, or in the children's mini-clubs, or the lobby, etc. We practically did not go to the pool, because the water in it is boiling water.

Still, it's hot if the hotel is with a long "getting" to the sea or steps to the beach (it's hard to go up in the open sun). In the first-aid kit it is necessary from poisoning and diarrhea - if a child accidentally sips some water from the pool, there is a high temperature, diarrhea, nausea.
