They brought us to building No. 10, which is not related to the Junior Suite, the room itself was uncomfortable, the furniture was shabby, there were no bathrobes (as it should be in Junior). In general, not the best option. And also the 1st floor. In this connection, the view was not on the lagoon, but on the bushes and the lower part of the structures of the water slides by the pool. If I had not studied this hotel and reviews about it on the Internet before the trip, I probably would have thought that everything was as it should be. But I knew where I was going. Therefore, the next day we turned to the guide. He immediately resolved the issue of resettlement. We changed the building from the 10th to the 12th. The difference in the quality of the furniture and the decor of the room is HUGE! Quite another matter!!! We were very pleased! Well, the view from the windows and from the balcony is amazing.
