This reef will survive more than one generation. Blue Bay is definitely better. The food, of course, does not compare with what it was before closing. The team of cooks has changed, funding has been cut, and inflation in Egypt is gaining momentum (the dollar at 15, 2 years ago it was at 8). But compared to some hotels that are presented as worthy fives, it’s even nothing.
