The hotel, as well as the staff, in our opinion, is 3 *, no more.
Pros: Variety of food.
And now for the cons!
- the staff is very rude and without money does not solve any issues.
- no one poisons mosquitoes on the territory of the hotel, especially a lot of them at the reception, just flocks !!!!!!
- The weakest point of the hotel is the rooms!!!!! ! It's just a nightmare!!! ! cleanliness in the rooms is a separate issue. The rooms are old, there are not only mosquitoes, but also big black cockroaches. There are only a couple of sockets in the room, which in our time is not enough gadgets. The bathroom is not for the faint of heart. Not everyone likes to swim with cockroaches and ants.
- go to the sea outside the hotel along the street for 10-15 minutes
- service staff allows themselves to be rude to visitors, this is more the norm than the exception
- show programs are very mediocre, mostly competitions for hotel visitors.
In general, the impressions remained so-so. We will not go there again, once was enough.
