Impressions from the vacation are twofold. The hotel seems to be not bad - there are no issues with the territory. But...We arrived in the first half of the day - they offered early check-in for $40, we decided to wait - ok our decision. The room arrived almost in the most remote building with a non-working air conditioner - a request to replace it was refused - they have a holiday and local people are a higher priority...The room is old - the tulle is all stained, the door to the bathroom creaks as if it had never been lubricated. We contacted gest relation - I asked to come in 2 days, they came - there are no rooms. OK. Cleaning is a separate part - they left a sign with a request to clean and change the bed. The floor was wiped...The bed was "relaid", i. e. the sheet was changed - the one that was covered with it was turned over and laid on the bed...I guess that will suit you?
The last straw - on the eve of departure, we go to the reception, warn that we have an early departure at 5 in the morning and ask for a lunch box on the way, call the room number - they assure us that everything is fine and in the morning they pretend that they are hearing it for the first time. The question of what we should do in such a case is your problem. There are no comments about the staff in the restaurant - the guys try their best. But this, unfortunately, is not enough to make me want to come back here again.. .
