We contacted gest relation - I asked to come in 2 days, they came - there are no rooms. OK. Cleaning is a separate part - they left a sign with a request to clean and change the bed. The floor was wiped...The bed was "relaid", i. e. the sheet was changed - the one that was covered with it was turned over and laid on the bed...I guess that will suit you?
The last straw - on the eve of departure, we go to the reception, warn that we have an early departure at 5 in the morning and ask for a lunch box on the way, call the room number - they assure us that everything is fine and in the morning they pretend that they are hearing it for the first time. The question of what we should do in such a case is your problem. There are no comments about the staff in the restaurant - the guys try their best. But this, unfortunately, is not enough to make me want to come back here again.. .
The last straw - on the eve of departure, we go to the reception, warn that we have an early departure at 5 in the morning and ask for a lunch box on the way, call the room number - they assure us that everything is fine and in the morning they pretend that they are hearing it for the first time. The question of what we should do in such a case is your problem. There are no comments about the staff in the restaurant - the guys try their best. But this, unfortunately, is not enough to make me want to come back here again.. .
