Then you are at the MEXICANA SHARM RESORT 4 * hotel .....In fact, this hotel has nothing to do with the 4-star classification. Departed from the PEGAS company. It was recommended to us by our tour agent. There was no point in not trusting the agent, since we had known each other for 20 years and according to the agent there (when she rested there 10 years ago) everything was just fine, but years passed ......


At first glance at the hotel, everything is fine (considering its age). Reception - no one speaks or understands Russian (90% is populated by Russian-speaking tourists). Everything you want to know or ask is only in English (at the same time, the staff speaks English at the level of a primary school student), it is difficult and tight. The area is more or less clean. There are two pools, one small heated, the second large and naturally no one swam there (the water is cold). You can talk and show about the numbers for a long time, I'll post a photo of the number below if they don't delete it.
No comment, as they say. The room does not even have the elementary for four stars .....(it's good to take everything with you from home). Restaurant - the tables are dirty, they don’t even wipe them, it’s just that everything is brushed off the table to the floor, and the substrate on which you will then eat and your cutlery will lie on it (if no one sees, just wiped with a napkin) has already been washed. The "restaurant" itself resembles a third-rate tavern with a peeled ceiling and light bulbs sticking out of holes, only a few are on. Of the "wide choice" of dishes, only rice, steamed vegetables, potatoes, beans, cabbage, pasta (not always). There were tourists with children, I just can’t imagine what they fed them. I have never seen such a "variety" of dishes and dirt anywhere. You can immediately forget about entertainment, everyone had fun as best they could (crowding at the reception) because wi-fi only works there and ANYWHERE else.
The animator is just an empty place, he entertains himself only with music he likes (he earns money by knocking money off those who want to go anywhere, although you can organize it all yourself and practically for free) until the Petersburgers staged a showdown, on this occasion, the animator became to put Russian music and karaoke earned. The staff is always unhappy faces, especially in the bar. For money, they will do you a little more than All, they will bring a drink from the bar on a tray. All alcohol is diluted and what surprised me - Whiskey in plastic bottles .....

If you don’t give a damn about everything and everyone, then you won’t be able to relax by the sea either, it takes 7-10 minutes to go by bus and only to your own beach, the rest is paid from $ 3 for going to the beach (I personally checked the nearest swimming places in the sea) . Only the pool and the ever-sour expression of the bartender's face will remain ......

Definitely do not recommend this hotel and Pegasus company. For this shed, the price is SPACE.
