Hello dear tourists!
Briefly about the hotel.
We chose the hotel because of the affordable price with all inclusive and four stars.
Pros:
- large area
— spacious room
– own terrace
- comfortable large double bed
-two swimming pools
– it’s nice to eat on the terrace, in the fresh air and look at the pool
- close to shopping places, you can walk
—on the beaches (there are two of them) a bus carries for free
— for the new year, the staff dressed in clean clothes, and a lot of goodies were cooked
- a small show for the new year
Minuses:
- this is not a 4 star for a long time, although earlier, perhaps it corresponded.
- the hotel is old, about 20 years old, looks like a large, untidy "bachelor apartment"
— it’s dirty in the room, the walls are stained, the floor is washed very rarely, the furniture is sticky and dusty, the lamps are stained, I turned them on and off with a napkin! , the doors are dirty, the bathroom is dirty... I washed the toilet myself! (sorry, but this should have been specified)

— washed towels, changed for 7 days only once. They wiped their hands and hair. They brought their own for the body!
- the staff in the dining room is also unwashed, sloppy, in dirty and slightly torn clothes. The first time it was a little squeamish to eat... but then hunger took its toll, I just tried not to pay attention
— the food is monotonous, but there was something to choose from so as not to remain hungry.
I really liked the vegetables, their soft white cheese and sweets. The fish had an unpleasant odor, in 7 days they cooked the fish deliciously only once. From fruits every day there were oranges, twice a melon.
They never gave seafood, olives, even bananas. . .
-Guide Michael is a separate issue. Horror. Half of what he said is not true. Blah blah blah... I finally realized that most Egyptians have such a mentality, a way of life or something - lies, deceit and dishonesty. Lure money in any way, and then if you don’t like something, it’s not their problem, but the tourist’s problem...
