Quiet rest. what will you find here!

Location.
I'll start over. From the airport we arrived quickly, despite the fact that we brought a few more tourists to other hotels. A taxi to Naama Bay costs 10 dollars, it takes about 20 minutes to go. By minibus - 5 dollars per person. There is a bus from the hotel, but we never used it, so I can’t say anything about it.
There are a lot of shops on the territory of the hotel. And the prices there are not much different from those in Naama Bay. This is when it comes to souvenirs, all sorts of slippers and so on. If you are interested in fruits (and there is also a grocery store on site), then it is better to go to Old Bay - they are too expensive at the hotel.
There is one point about the location. The hotel is located in the area of Sharma, which is not closed by mountains from the sea.

Therefore, if you are traveling in the second half of autumn or in winter, be prepared for the fact that it will be very windy and much colder than at the same time in the already well-known Naama Bay.

Territory.
What is there to say? The territory is huge and very, very green!! ! There will be time, pay attention to the territory of neighboring hotels. Feel the difference!!! ! One gets the feeling that the territory, the greenery is looked after around the clock! They constantly cut the grass, comb the sand on the beach from debris, clean the pools. I was surprised and amazed! The good news is that there are few compatriots, and if there are, then you meet them only during meals.
In addition to the two main outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a gorgeous beach (beds, new mattresses, no iron and garbage), there are many "brooks". It feels like they are everywhere.
If your room is located in the central building, then you have the opportunity to use your own pools (which turn into these very "brooks"). From the terrace of the room on the first floor there are steps to this very pool. Perhaps, if you took a room in this very building, it makes sense to give a bribe at the reception in order to get a room on the first floor.
Internet access is possible (there is a sign near the reception where you should go), but we did not use it, so I can not say anything. The same with jacuzzis, saunas and so on - we were not up to them.

Number.
about everything in order. We had a chalet. What is most surprising, we ordered the usual, so-called. normal chalet, but got a two-story. I don't know why we liked it so much, but we were satisfied. The room is big enough. Even if they took a child with them, he would not hamper the situation.

In addition to the usual bed with two bedside tables and a dressing table, the room on the ground floor has a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table where you can read or just watch through the window. On the second floor there is also a coffee table, a sofa and several chests of drawers. We understand that it is more like a smoking room. In a duplex chalet there is an advantage over a normal chalet - the door leading to the terrace (with a sunbed, armchair and coffee table) is ordinary, and in a normal chalet it is a sliding glass door on the entire wall, which is closed with a regular curtain. If that doesn't bother you, then there won't be a problem.
The view from the terrace was beautiful. Yes, not a pool, but beautiful nature, well-groomed bushes. On these terraces it was possible to sunbathe even when it was windy (near the pool, I could not take off my jacket - it was cold). Again, it is better if the chalet or room in the central building is to the left of the reception, then it will be sunny on your terrace all day.
If the room is located on the right side of the reception, there will be a shadow on the terrace and it is unlikely that you will get a tan.
For the bathroom. It seems to be divided into three parts. The toilet and bidet are separated from the washbasin by a small wall, and the washbasin, in turn, is separated from the bathroom. Ants (about which someone wrote in the reviews) really are, but is it really impossible for them to "this", slippers ?? ? I can't call it a big problem. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, but next time I'll take my own, probably because the "local" is not adapted to long hair and confuses it a lot. But again, these are minor things.
Also in the room. There is air conditioning in the room, we turned on the heating - it was cool at night. TV with one Russian channel - ORT. But learn English - and there will be no problems. Mini-bar is not filled, but you will not hurt. especially in the summer when drinks need to be chilled. Someone in the reviews correctly noted that, unlike most other hotels, the safe is free here.
In addition, they will help you to encode it correctly.
My husband had something to compare. I was satisfied with the number.

Service.

I expected the worst from the staff. And when she arrived, she was extremely amazed - friendly, smiling Arabs, always ready to help the client (unlike the Russian-speaking girl, the so-called guest-relation - I didn’t even want to approach her, she had such an expression on her face. if she. of course , was present). The fact that the staff does not speak Russian well, I regard as a PLUS - there is an opportunity to improve English. And anyway, why do they have to know our language? We don't speak Arabic! And international, English, they know quite well. So, my dears, take a phrasebook and learn - knowledge of a foreign language will not hurt you!
The first three days they checked the cleaning in the room - they did not give a tip. They were surprised - they cleaned perfectly. After the first tip (usually a dollar or two), a vase of flowers was found on the table.
The restaurant has one big minus. Russians there, in my opinion, are really not liked (and I understand why !!!!! ), so you can not wait for the ordered juice. So rejoice if you are at least asked what you would like to drink. Unfortunately it is so..........

Nutrition.
There were two impressions about the kitchen. Insanely delicious breakfasts! Lunches and dinners ...Again, my husband had something to compare with - the choice here is not great. And the cuisine is close to Italian (the hotel is Italian, after all). But we were full, so I won’t complain - I’m pretty picky about food. Everyone writes that there are two hotels on the territory that work on the all inclusive system, but we were only in one - I don’t remember anything about the second.
Closer to the beach there is an Italian restaurant, and on the beach itself there is a fish restaurant (both are paid). But since we can’t even see the local pizza, and we don’t eat seafood in principle, I can’t say anything.
But there is no own pontoon. And the neighbors are far away. And the pontoons are very long. If you are going there during the season to see the fish and other pretty animals of the Red Sea, then it is probably better to choose another hotel. And it’s great for children there - just don’t forget to put special slippers on them too.
But since we ended up in a rather cool season (only 2 days out of 7 yellow flags hung by the sea, the rest of the time - red ones), the sea turned out to be not a fundamentally important factor, and my husband even opened a couple of times to swim in the pool.

Animation, entertainment.

again...We didn't go there! One of the reasons why - it was not interesting. Near the pools and on the beach, various training courses are held for various dances (belly dancing is especially annoying, but this is our subjective opinion), sports. exercises, in the evenings some programs and a disco.
There is a piano at the reception and in the evenings a woman plays it, and it is quite tolerable, although we cannot appreciate it as true connoisseurs of art.

Children.
I wrote about the presence of a playground above - in my opinion, it is quite decent for Egypt. Because any normal manager will tell you that it is better to relax with children in Turkey. The pools there are not very deep, so if you are attentive parents, you can let your child swim in any of the pools presented. And everyone is talking about the sea anyway - on the territory of this hotel it seems to be specially arranged for children - shallow over a fairly decent distance.

Impressions and recommendations.
As you already understood, we got it on New Year's Eve. More precisely, we specifically went to her. Overpaid for this pleasure decently - 1100 USD. e. per person (this is already including New Year's dinner - 90 USD per person).
New Year's dinner is supposedly a solemn event with a red carpet to a specially constructed restaurant, where our Russians managed to come to sports. suits. In fact, a regular dinner (which starts as usual at 19:00), only with a larger assortment of food (especially sweets and seafood). For 8 people at a beautifully "dressed" table, alcohol for an NG dinner is insanely expensive, and everyone doubts its authenticity. Arabic dances, animation program, we did not wait - I do not think that there was something supernatural.
Pleased with the security at the hotel - you can be calm. Although, if necessary, then, probably, everything is possible ...
I can say that we do not regret a single penny spent. And in general, I can say about the rest - EXCELLENT !! !
