Here are mixed impressions of the concept. I won't go into detail about the horribly unorganized meeting and transfer - this does not apply to the hotel.
1. They didn’t bring it to the main entrance, but the impression that they brought it from the back entrance.
2. Separate small reception. Our check-in was about 90 people.
The place is small, cramped, stuffy.
3. We arrived at the end of breakfast. The receptionist asked to fill out the documents, took the passports, put on bracelets (it all lasted about 20 minutes) and offered to go to breakfast.
Breakfast was coming to an end in the Sani restaurant and at first glance it already gave us a not pleasant impression (fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, were far from fresh and not suitable for eating). We reassured ourselves that we were carping because we were tired from the road.

After breakfast, we approached the receptionist and asked if it was possible to check in earlier. A lot of people in the lobby, there is no talk of social distancing at all.
The answer was predictable: The rooms are not ready. And then ...Why are you all crowded here, go to the beach. OK, I say. Where can I change clothes, leave personal belongings, take a towel? HAHA was the answer. Change clothes in the toilet, valuables with you, we do not have safes at the reception (if I am correctly informed, there is one in the main building), but a towel and free Wi-Fi after checking into the room.
This ended our communication with the receptionist. We got back to them at 2:00 pm.
CONCLUSION: No need to buy the TUI FUN&SUN FAMILY concept. (the only difference is that their hulls, which start with the number 3, are closer to the sea).

NUTRITION:
This is, in our stay, the weakest link of the hotel. The first impression did not let us down.
On the first day at lunch, we tried our favorite mashed potato soup and...
what was our surprise: HOW CAN POTATO PURE SOUP BE DISAPPOINTED? (there was a feeling that those potatoes were rotting somewhere in a damp cellar). Oh well, maybe I'm nitpicking again? Let's see dinner. Well no. Nothing changes.
The only plus in the restaurant is that you can collect food from the stations yourself (as in pre-COVID times). But the food stations and food are not attractive at all. The dishes at the stations are old, dead (the food in each such dish is like a mess for piglets - subjectively. ) It seems that everything is there, both meat and chicken and duck and fish and some kind of squid, mussels, even once there were shrimp, but the impressions of not still does not leave quality products. The only thing that pleased me was the amount of fruit and the fact that they were whole (except for the pomegranate).

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend who stayed here last year. This year they were also surprised by such terrible food.
I can’t give a positive rating for such food and such a presentation. This is a maximum of 3 and then with a stretch.
A LA CARTE: Can be visited once (too bad, I would have dinner there every day).
We ordered it for our wedding anniversary.

Waiters at bars and restaurants are always smiling, approaching, asking what someone will drink.
The chefs at the distribution serve quickly and always tried.
The only thing that angered me was the luggage carriers. Upon arrival, they brought two small suitcases together, received a tip and said little, give me more. Well, these are trifles.

We didn't have any problems. We don't need a ladder to get down. We immediately dive and swim far away, nothing interfered with us.
For those who are not confident swimmers (adults and children): There is a current. It is easy to swim to the right, it is difficult to swim backwards to the left without a mask and fins.

Therefore, everyone who does not swim confidently "floats" around the stairs. The exit to the platform will also be a test for children and people who find it difficult (the stairs are 90 degrees. You need to try and get out of the sea with great effort). We love the house reef.
ANIMATION:
Guys are great. Guests are entertained almost all day long. We are not big fans of animation, but their work was rated 5
GORKI: A true paradise for lovers and children. Our friends for the whole vacation on the beach were 2 times, a total of 1 hour, and so the whole day with the children on the slides.
