We flew according to the Fun and Sun concept, 2 adults and 2 children. Fun and Sun has a separate entrance to the territory, reception, lobby bar, restaurant, kids club, animation. . . Therefore, the review will only be about this concept.
PROS:
1. Everyone wears bracelets as soon as you arrive and no one cuts them off, you use everything from the moment you get to the hotel until the very departure. We arrived early in the morning, put on bracelets and sent for breakfast, after which we immediately settled in, we also had a departure at 16.00, extended the room until 15.00 without additional payments. This is the first hotel in Egypt where the reception staff did not leave me with a negative impression.

2. ROOM - we were given several options to see, the first was a two-room suite (family) on the first floor, the first room with access to a quiet pool, the second with a terrace and sea views. The building is new, after repair, appliances, furniture, plumbing are new. Clean, beautiful, in a word, the room is chic! Quality beds with good mattresses and pillows, all family members were provided with a comfortable sleep for the entire stay, which is very important! Since we had paid the standard, we didn’t even go to look at other options) 5 minutes from the sea and the same amount to the restaurant.
3. TERRITORY. Well thought out, very beautiful, the hotel itself is instagrammable. Fan & Sun is a completely new territory, there is little greenery, small palm trees, just planted, many flowers. Everything is clean and tidy. The infrastructure is thought out quite well, even though the territory is cascading, you can easily drive with a stroller wherever you need to.
4. FOOD. We ate only in the Sunny restaurant, once in the fish and a la carte. Well, after reading the reviews, I was preparing for the worst, but in the end, the reviews turned out to be not true, fortunately) Everything is very tasty, for meat - turkey, duck, chicken, quail, chicken shawarma, there were even stuffed peppers, beef (it turned out to be very tasty, not rubber, as usual in Egypt) the fish was in batter and mackerel, whole grilled fish, squid every day, shrimp ate 3 times, in the fish restaurant, in the Sunny restaurant and in a la carte (well, everything was very tasty here, what the view was worth, we were delighted, really!!! It's only for Fun and Sun) and what kind of croissants they have, it's just incredible, I've never tried tastier! A lot of fruit, bananas, melons, apples, dates, dried apricots, was constantly. For breakfast at Sunny every morning there was a very delicious fresh melon. There is baby food. You can list a lot, the food is quite varied and tasty, well, I don’t know what our gourmet lacked)))
Good coffee machines in the restaurant and in the lobby bar, coffee is brewed by baristas, very tasty, desserts are very good in the lobby bar, but only in Fun and Sun, we didn’t even take it in the restaurant, but went straight to the lobby, and they stayed all day until late evenings.
Food court: you can have a quiet lunch there - pizza, hot dogs, pasta, shawarma, french fries, vegetables, everything is very tasty.
Ice cream from 12.00 to 17.00, nestle.

5. SEA, BEACH. The reef is beautiful behind the buoys, there is something to see, a lot of fish. But the bay itself is windy, the waves were not big almost every day, there was never a red flag, they swam constantly, one floating pontoon. The beach has good sand, corals are not needed, children bathe perfectly, even at low tide, there are lagoons.
6. SERVICE. Unexpectedly great. All wishes, whims and requests were solved in a matter of minutes! I would like to especially highlight the guys from the restaurant, thank you very much, they paid so much attention to our family, they knew that we were drinking and did not have time to sit down at the table as everyone was already carrying. The manager of the restaurant, Ibrahim, entertained our youngest daughter with riddles when she had a stomachache, brewed anise tea for her and was sincerely worried and interested in her well-being. This care is very pleasant and we will keep very warm memories of this))) Also great guys at the Fun and Sun pool bar. I am one of those people who just don’t leave a tip, but here you really want to do it when you are treated with such kindness and attention.
7. AQUAPARK, POOLS. The water park is good, there is a place for adult children and even the smallest ones to ride) a big bonus is the mats (car mats) on which you move out, and not on a burnt back) POOLS are clean, there are a lot of them, we didn’t visit all of them. Water samples are taken daily for analysis. They also change the water every day, as it is always cold in the morning. Each pool has lifeguards who keep order and this is not formal, the rules in the pools are observed, otherwise a remark will arrive))) This is a huge plus, since many parents did not always look after their children.
8. ANIMATION. 10 points to the guys, they get along 200%, you definitely won’t be bored here. From 10 am, animation began at the pool on the beach, the program was interesting and rich, people always participated. In the evening, too, a rich program, whoever likes it, we most often went to live music in the sky bar, a couple of times in the amphitheater, in the lobby bar of the Albatrosa disco. We didn’t go to the kids club, only a couple of times in the evening for cartoons and mini disco, everything was cool)
WHAT DID NOT LIKE:

One pontoon for so many people is not enough. Bathrobes are taken a day before departure, which seems strange to me. Since there are many children, be prepared for a rotavirus infection.
Definitely recommend! I didn't want to leave and I want to come back!
