The hotel is very very tired!
The bed linen is terrible (pillings, stains). Food - you won't go hungry, but it's not tasty. Everything is not fresh (we were in Egypt 4 times in Sharm, there is something to compare with). Eternal problems with the safe, the staff can’t wait...even $1 and goodies can’t help with cleaning.
It’s time to change the beach towels a long time ago, they are no longer good.

Upon arrival, we were placed in an uncleaned room straight out of a horror movie (for $20 at the reception)
We waited a long time for a room change. It was better there, but the smell of sewage was there throughout the entire stay. And “friends” in the form of insects. There was no seafood. Fish - pangasius. The gym was not open even a day (the son of the hotel owner took it over for himself) and the only sport was yoga outside in the heat.
At high tide, empty water bottles and chip wrappers washed up on the beach.

The air conditioner in the room (ours was 907) only worked at one temperature.
We took 5 excursions to spend less time at the hotel. AND WE REGRETED that the first one was taken from the guide at three times the price. There are local companies and the service is much better. They tell everyone about additional insurance, don’t be fooled. You already have insurance.
Choose excursions and boat trips from local (not beach) We found a girl’s review on the Internet and wrote to them Dolphin Tours sharm. They were found on Instagram.
We were extremely pleased with all the excursions through them. Diving for 20-30 minutes, the food was delicious, the divers were great! They will pick you up from the hotel and return you to the hotel. They have no problems with the Russian language.

If we hadn't found this company by chance, we would have had a boring time.
