There was no seafood. Fish - pangasius. The gym was not open even a day (the son of the hotel owner took it over for himself) and the only sport was yoga outside in the heat.
At high tide, empty water bottles and chip wrappers washed up on the beach.

The air conditioner in the room (ours was 907) only worked at one temperature.
We took 5 excursions to spend less time at the hotel. AND WE REGRETED that the first one was taken from the guide at three times the price. There are local companies and the service is much better. They tell everyone about additional insurance, don’t be fooled. You already have insurance.

The hotel is in good condition, showing recent cosmetic renovations. The area is compact, neat, well-groomed, and there are slopes for people with disabilities. There are also special rooms.
We had a Deluxe room with two single beds and high comfortable mattresses. The room is not new but clean, with cosmetic repairs, new furniture, everything works. The room has a safe, kettle, tea, coffee, slippers, and a set of cosmetics. Replenished daily with 2 bottles of water 0.5l.
The hotel has new Privilege rooms, very beautiful and stylish.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one for adults 16+ and the second with water slides.
The beach is large, sandy with a gentle sunset. I would like to note the ideal cleanliness of the beach, the staff monitors this.

The rooms are basic but the furniture is old. We got a room with bedbugs. Bad luck. Everything was brightened up by the weather in December. Very comfortable. The hotel, although it did not work for 6 years, no one invested there capitally, cosmetically greased, tinted and that's it. A perforator, a grinder, near 8.9 buildings are heard during the day - they are trying to finish the tracks.
Then on the BEACH, there were enough sunbeds (the hotel was occupied by 30-50%). Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas are old but intact. The sea is suitable for children, but there are practically no corals (I had to stomp on the wild one for 1 km, sometimes on a catamaran to the right behind the rock). The pontoon is for boats and boats. No view of the open sea. The drunk on the beach is varied and beer of different varieties without any "over, wait an hour" + nuts chips after three. Sometimes there is a smell of fuel from yellow big boats. I thought it would be a windless bay, but sometimes it blows, although not as much as on Nabha.
On the last day, the slates were stolen, I asked the reception on the beach, asked to watch the video, but they refused, although there were cameras around. Hotel manager - buy beautiful slates for your cleaners so that they don’t steal from tourists and the guards don’t cover them. It is very disgusting when the hotel is stolen!
FOOD is quite diverse, you definitely won't go hungry. If you thank the waiter $ then drinks and alcohol will be served to you as in normal hotels. The staff eats with the guests. A la carte restaurant is bad, he is also a dining room, grilled salmon, you can order the rest "not very".
The POOL was cool for 5 days, then the heating was turned on, the water became 26-28.

I wanted to take a session of massages but their prices are atomic. 4 times for two with my wife $ 250 (started with 300), I didn’t even want to bargain. Moreover, on the last trip to Egypt, I paid $ 80 for a massage with a hammam 4 times for two.
There is no diving in the hotel, there is a good center in a nearby hotel, I dived from the shore, there is not much beauty (better by boat to the garden reef or so where).

The beach, from the room to the beach was 50 meters, a gentle entry into the sea, for children and the elderly, this is a super hotel. There is no reef, three bushes with corals are all that can be found. There is a reef on the cape, but it takes about 40 minutes to stomp there. Long wait for passengers who were supposed to ride with us on the bus to the hotel. Tired, we waited for them for about an hour, and in the end it turned out that they had taken a taxi. Plus, our flight was delayed, so we got to the hotel around 9 pm - minus the rest day.
Although we had time for dinner at the hotel, we were not impressed with the dishes. It felt like we weren't in the best restaurant. There seemed to be a choice, but not tasty, not fresh.
Number killed us - 4 stars did not pull at all. The furniture was old, the washbasin was leaking, the air conditioner hummed noisily, and the earplugs didn't help much. And the cherry on the cake was no hot water. We found out about this too late to go to the reception once again. I had to wash cold. Before that, with grief in half, we called the master to open the safe for us - there was no hope for the service.
In the morning, TUI representative Ali told us for an hour and a half about the hotel, which could have been given in 20 minutes. The start of the day is not the best. At the end of breakfast, there was nothing tasty left. Then we stood in line at Ali's to pay for the tour, which later on would not impress us at all as much as it was advertised. We got up at 4 in the morning, and drove until 10-11, until we finally arrived for diving. Nothing picturesque - here's "The Lost Land" for you. Tired and sorry.
We didn't get hot water in the room. After three or four calls from the master (and did he come? ), We were finally offered to move to another room. We were at 159m - don't settle for him and those like him.
The new room was much better - we perked up. Hot water was, less noisy air conditioner. Newer furniture, more spacious. True, there are a lot of mosquitoes - take a raptor with you. Only on the 3rd day a surprise awaited us (this is at 4 in the morning, the day of the excursion, we rush to the bus). Couldn't close the door! The lock didn't work. We had no hope for the help of the staff, as well as time. They left it like that... even though there was a safe, and we also waited a long time for it to be opened to us.
Well, God bless him with the hotel - the sea, of course, was clean. And the entry is good. Not exactly warm, but the water means a lot to us. We stayed in the first week of November. There were no strong winds either. On the beach, animators invited to participate in games, carried out exercises.
For lunch we went to a cafe on the beach. We tried to take fried fish - the only worthy dish. Fruits/vegetables - always sluggish or green. Seafood, except for fried fish, no. We were in the a la carte restaurant, once it was possible to dine there. It was nicer there, there was good meat for dinner.
In the evening we watched the entertainment program from the hotel. Sometimes it was interesting.
We left early in the morning (minus day). It's a shame, especially for the amount that was given (about $1400 for two). The transfer was 4 hours before departure. We wanted to take a taxi. It's good they didn't take it. We spent a lot of time in line at the airport. Tired and glad to be back home.
On September 15.2021, my wife and I decided to take a vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. They settled us in this hotel immediately, which is a big plus, because we did not have to wait for the check-in. I would also like to note the good cuisine and the work of the chefs. Just only positive feedback about the beach and its cleaning.
Unfortunately, there will be only a list of cons, and it is very significant. The first minus right away is Ali's guide. After the meeting, he began to force excursions on us, but after our refusal, he took offense at us and began to ignore our requests, which is completely unprofessional and unethical. There was no attention or participation from him. A huge minus of TUI for having such guides who, in addition to being on a salary, prefer to do their personal business on tourists.
Further, when we checked into the room, we had problems with the air conditioner. There were no air conditioner controls. For two days we were freezing under the unswitchable air conditioner. I had to go out to the balcony to warm up. At the reception, our requests were accepted only nominally, answering a short indifferent “okay”. As a result, the air conditioner came to do only two days later.
Only later, from the experience of communicating with the cleaners, we discovered that the word "ok" in the local Egyptian dialect of English means "pay. " Every time we asked the cleaners for some services that are part of their job responsibilities, they answered “ok” and made characteristic finger movements, begging for banknotes. The cleaners are very bad. Only wash the floors, towels are not changed at all. You have to ask separately for a replacement of toilet paper, although they can clearly see that it is not there.
After we stopped ignoring the “okay” questions from the cleaners, we discovered that we had apparently been planted with ants in an attempt to “teach us a lesson”. There was no food in our room, so there was simply nowhere for the ants to take it.
Or here's another case with service personnel. Our free safe ran out of batteries. The safe was opened once. Called the reception, asked to replace the battery. As a result, a battery replacement was sent to us only two days later, after which, what do you think happened? The battery changer stood in front of us like an idol and began to repeat the already familiar mantra - “Okay? OK? "
As for bed linen: in a four-star hotel they don’t know what duvet covers are and don’t give them out. Under the blanket, under which one person slept, in two weeks another will sleep. And this is during the coronavirus pandemic, by the way, when sanitation is so important.
A few words about animators. They are absolutely zero and none. They do not entertain guests in any way and are not interested in this. All they do is stand and “stick” into the screens of their smartphones, indifferently defending their shift. They do not have any artistry and igniting sparks that could attract tourists.
In conclusion, I want to say that when going on vacation, I really didn’t want to take a second wallet in order to pay for services that were already included in the price of an already expensive tour. I also want to warn everyone purely for information, so that you take small money with you (one dollar), as local sellers in shops do not like to give change. There is also no currency exchange office.
Well, in general, rest is normal for old ladies, but a 4-star hotel clearly does not pull. From strength 3.
