If you are going on vacation, I advise you not to even look in the direction of this hotel. For the 20 summer experience of vacationing in Egypt, for the first time I got into terrible conditions that can only be imagined. The rooms are in a state of disrepair, the plumbing is barely holding on, the sewers are clogged and it stinks, the rooms are dirty, and I had to ask for two days to change the towels in the room, including the administration. Dishes and glasses are DIRTY, bartenders are rude, if a child approaches they don't pay attention at all (sitting on the phone), children can wait more than 10 minutes for a drink. Pools and beaches are dirty. I'm not very satisfied, I've had a worse vacation.
