I would like to share my experience of staying at this hotel. We had an early flight and a late flight. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. Official check-in at 14:00. As we were explained, in the period before checking into the room, we cannot use the hotel services for free (Internet, water, coffee, food, beach towels). The cost of water - 1 USD, beer - 6 USD. There was a couple with children nearby, and they were shocked that they could not take free water for children. At 10:00 we are for 50 c. u. paid for an earlier booking, because sitting in winter clothes in the lobby, where the sun is scorching through the glass, is still a pleasure. But we could only check in at 11:30. If the check-in did not spoil our mood, then the check-out simply "surprised" us. Official check-out at 12:00.
Lunch starts at 12:30. That is, after 12:00 you cannot use the hotel services again (Internet, water, coffee, food, beach towels). Our transfer was around 5:00 pm. We went to reception and wanted to pay for a half day extension. But we were told that this would still not provide the opportunity to eat for free. Dinner for two at a local restaurant costs $76. The hotel manager explained that they have such rules. This hotel positions itself as 5 stars. But there are old, worn-out rooms, old plumbing, which is malfunctioning. Regular food. It is tasty, but the same type (twice there were shrimp and once strawberries).
Yes, a cool beach, a reef and a beautiful large area. But it's not worth the money the hotel charges for the rooms. And the situation with a paid lunch with a late check-out, in my opinion, is unacceptable for 5 stars.
