Are the pools heated in winter

When we were there, the slides were not heated. And as far as I understand, in winter this is the norm for this hotel. Only slides where small children bathe are heated, but at the same time, my child froze there 10 minutes after the start of swimming

Last year we were in this hotel just in the middle of December with my son (11 years old). The hotel is wonderful! The children's water park is fully heated, and the adult is not all, but three pools are definitely heated!
