The hotel was chosen because of the adequate price, we used to go only to 5 *, but the prices are this year....... We decided to try the "four". Half of the hotel, the one closer to the sea, is under reconstruction and this, as for me, is a "plus" for the hotel, since the management still cares about the living conditions of its guests. The room in the voucher was with a view of the garden (in this hotel it means a view of the fence of neighboring hotels, buildings with a view of the real garden are still closed for reconstruction), they offered a room with access to the pool and near the restaurant - no extra charge)) Very nice) . In our room (I don’t know how in others) a partial renovation is visible - they refreshed the ceiling, changed the sink in the bath, a mirror, a new TV, new orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The furniture is old, but nothing falls off anywhere, everything works. The room is clean, cleaned well, although we forgot to leave bottled water and shampoo a couple of times. Leaving a tip does not affect the quality of cleaning or the "forgetfulness" of the cleaner. I really liked the foyer (where the reception is) and the restaurant hall (here it seemed to me completely after the repair) - very spacious, there is always a lot of space. As for the queues for food - this is how our people create them themselves ! ! It's so funny to watch how everyone with submissive, doomed faces from the entrance immediately stand in line. What for? Take a plate, walk around the hall and put yourself whatever you want)) The food is monotonous, but tasty, without frills. Here you immediately feel a very big difference between 5 * and 4 *. Wine, beer and local alcohol - the same as in all hotels. In the restaurant they pour into glasses and glass glasses, on the beach and near the pool - disposable cups - terrible, only after one person there is a whole bunch of them, and from the whole hotel yes every day! It's probably mountains of plastic. They should switch to plastic, but reusable like in many hotels. It is clear that for the safety of vacationers on the beaches and near the pools, it is absolutely impossible to use glass, it is strange that many tourists do not know about this) The territory is very clean, well-groomed and beautiful, everything here is at the 5 * level! ) under a canopy or an umbrella you need to borrow from 7 in the morning, and there are always free sunbeds. But for example, we came to the beach only to swim, sunbathed near the pool - there is always free under awnings and brand new, clean sun loungers. Drinks in the bars on the beach and by the pool are poured as much as you want, it's not true that only one glass per hand. The pool at the beginning of May was no longer heated, although for small children it would be better to warm their separate pool, since the water, despite May, is not at all warm, especially before lunch. The animation works until 11 pm, if you are in the room at that time and would like to have a rest, it will not work, even tightly closed windows do not help, it is very loud). We checked out as expected at 12.00, we had a transfer to the airport at 15.00. The bracelet was cut off from me, and the child was left) The manager said that we can have lunch, despite the absence of my bracelet. So until 15.00 my daughter and I stayed on the beach, had lunch and the time passed unnoticed. By the way, after breakfast, I prepared sandwiches to take with me on the road (departure was at 19.00), I advise you to take something to eat on the road before leaving (especially if you are with children), since lunch boxes here, it seemed to me, are not issue. Another tip for those who love beer - the beer here is not bad, they pour as much as you want, you need to take delicious beer with you, there is nothing like that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pharmacy on SOHO - there are always a full house of our tourists, and all because expensive drugs here can be bought without a prescription and at least three times cheaper !!! ! It is very profitable to take vitamin complexes here, brazgalki in the throat and nose - they are of the highest quality, after that ours seem like a dummy). In general, there are no obvious minuses in this hotel - it is clear that the management and staff are trying very hard. I would come back here again only if the price is very different from the usual 5 *. If the difference is not significant, then I would prefer my favorite Sultan Gardens and Coral Sea Sensatori)))
