We chose this hotel because when we booked, we focused primarily on the advice of the Join up manager, reviews, and of course the price was also a priority.

We arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning. We were checked in already at 10 in the morning, for which we are very grateful to the administrator Samuel. Very friendly, polite, and every time he was approached with a request, everything was done quickly and professionally. By the way, all the staff at the hotel are very friendly and smiling. The hotel has Guestrelation Yana - if you have any questions, requests or comments, she will also be happy to help you.

The territory is well-kept, clean and beautiful. Everything is constantly watered, washed and swept. Everything is green, there are a lot of flowers. There is a small shuttle bus that can take you from the main building to the beach. But you can walk by yourself.


We had a room with a view of the sea in building 5. It was quite spacious, and we were very comfortable. The only thing is that the pillows are not comfortable, they are hard and high.
I would replace them because I didn't get enough sleep because of it. The cleaner replaced them for us, but they were still not comfortable. In the morning, they sat on the balcony and admired the view. The room was cleaned every day. It was very clean and all facilities were always in abundance.

Food was varied, a lot of fish and meat, vegetables. I did not like that there was not enough fruit. I never eat cakes because I don't like them, but I want something sweet, so I always eat a lot of fruit. But there were only bananas, green melons, sharon, and mango was given twice, but it was enough for 5 minutes, and those who didn't have time were left without it because their supplies were no longer replenished. This is surprising because in Egypt the price of mangoes is ridiculous and it was just the season for this fruit. We went to Soho and bought mangoes for our room and enjoyed this delicacy every day. In Soho, its price is $1 per kg.

The sea is simply paradise - it is warm and clean. Saw many different fish, even near the pontoon they swim.
Lifeguard boys sit all day on the pontoon and monitor the order so that no one swims on the corals. One of the rescuers was diving to the depths for the glasses that my son accidentally dropped in the water, unfortunately I don't know his name, but for this I thank him very much from myself and from Nikita. ) Well done guys, they gladly share the masks and vests they have.

In general, we are very satisfied with our vacation and are grateful to everyone who works in this hotel for the cleanliness and atmosphere that reigns within its walls. We will recommend it to our friends and will come again in the spring.
