In this hotel we rested for the second time from November 19 to December 03. (in Egypt for the 10th time) And they were afraid to change anything because they were traveling with a baby for 1.8 months.
We were worried about the child, she is allergic to us. Worried in vain. The child ate there a lot of new things for himself and there was no diathesis.
Of course, we didn’t give her citrus fruits and chocolate, but guava, dates, melon and apples ate a little bit.
The hotel is still very green and blooming, the territory is large and well-groomed. The staff is very friendly and kind.
Mostly restaurants are of course Mohamed he is the best!! ! But the rest of the guys are very attentive, especially to the kids.

Someone complained about the food, but we personally had enough of everything, and most importantly for the baby. Of course, there were days when the milk rice porridge was very sweet, and the mashed soup was peppery and salty. We found an alternative and were never hungry. Their products are all natural and there is always beef, fish, chicken, vegetables, and miracle yogurt for breakfast. Packaged milk was in the main restaurant and bars. What the child lacked was pumpkins. I was only once during the rest period, but this is not critical, they found a replacement. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, there were snacks in the bars: from 12 - french fries, a bun and something meaty; from 4 to 5 in the pool bar - delicious pastries.
The sea is just a fairy tale! Water temperature 23-24. The beach is protected from the wind. The pontoon is short, which is convenient. Only once in 14 days it stormed, the pontoon broke a little, it was quickly repaired. The child splashed on the shore, there is not a big beach for those who are afraid of the depth and cannot swim. When once they blocked the pontoon because of the weather, and we also splashed there. The underwater world is very rich and beautiful. One or two Napoleons sailed with us almost always. We saw six at once! Napoleons.
On the beach there is a diving center Sun Marino, where there are scuba diving and you can buy various excursions. Our daughter went scuba diving, she liked it, the prices are reasonable. The guys' names are Michael and Sasha (if in our language), they are very friendly Egyptians and speak Russian well. If you wish, leisure will be provided to you.
We practically do not use pools, we prefer the sea. But on December 1, they turned on the heating of one of the pools, the one where they play water polo.
Our room was nice with a view of the pool and the sea, the furniture is not new, but made of natural wood and well maintained, orthopedic mattresses, everything worked, cleaned well.
The room was smaller than expected. Baby nap chose to sleep on the beach. Even when the music was playing loudly and the animation was running.
Water in the room was replenished daily, and shampoos, soap, etc. as needed.
About water is a separate plus for the hotel, since it is far from being in all hotels of this level.
There are mosquitoes, they are poisoned, but the area is large and if you open the balcony at night, they bite. They brought fumigators with them and did not open the balcony at night.
And in the evening, when we walked, we splashed ourselves with an aerosol from mosquitoes or smeared ourselves with cream. And no one bit us.

About animation - the guys are good, they know their job. They lure, entertain both old and small, young people are taken to a disco when everyone else has already been pleased.
The location of the hotel is good. The airport is not far, but the planes are not annoying. Near the wonderful Soho, where you can take a walk during the day and in the evening and even at night. Everything is illuminated with lights, singing fountains, various figures and an ice rink. And we were generally lucky because we arrived before the New Year, the illumination was awesome, New Year's. The child was delighted and so were we. But we were there in the summer and we also had enough bright lighting and spectacles.
With a child, we went to Hollywood Park, which is almost reaching Naama Bay. Travel time 7-10 min. (by taxi or minibus) There are growling dinosaurs, various figurines and singing fountains, but fountains, restaurants and various entertainments start working after 21.00. And at that time we were already putting the baby to bed, so we were content with what we had. And our little girl loved it. We got there before 18.00 and it was free, and then it is paid. But unfortunately we did not find out how much, as we were in a hurry to the hotel for dinner with the child.
So there is where to take a walk even if you come with the kids.
In general, I want to note the hotel staff is trying very hard. Do not forget that they also have a crisis and many hotels have closed due to the lack of the main flow of tourists. And now, oh, how hard it is for them. Don't expect any special flair.
And we are also visiting them, and, therefore, first of all, specifically We (our family) treat the Egyptians with respect, to which They answer us with the same pleasure and many times more!
Our holiday was a success. Although they were madly worried about the child, for food for her, for the flight. We had a great time and didn't want to leave.
