We decided to fly to Egypt unscheduled. The hotel was advised by the tour manager, I chose a hotel with a water park and more suitable for children, but this hotel was attracted by the price. For me with a child for 9 days, the tour cost 370 USD. (from 01.02 to 09.02. 16). And for this money, the hotel turned out to be not even bad.
The weather was sunny, sometimes a breeze. The road to the hotel took about 10 minutes, on the way our hotel was the first. Back to the airport we drove an hour and a half, we stopped by 3 more hotels. By 9 o'clock in the morning we were already at the hotel, many tourists arrived, everyone immediately filled out the cards, and they began to give us envelopes with cards for towels and keys. On the advice of tourists, we decided to immediately see the number that they would give, and then decide whether to change it or not. The room turned out to be on the second floor overlooking the garden and the 4 Seasons Hotel, the room is good, an ordinary double room, for a child, at my request, they brought a wooden crib.
Throughout the main building there are a lot of stepwise passages - you can't walk exactly on one floor. The reception is on the second floor, the restaurant on the third. I saw how a porter carried 4 suitcases - two of them jumped up 16 steps, and the other two carried by a retractable handle - and then you think that they broke the suitcase at the airport (. It is also not very convenient to move around the building with a baby carriage - there are almost no exits, but there are many good people, thanks to them, including the staff who helped bring us the stroller to the 2nd-3rd floor.

In two-story buildings, with numbers at 5100-6100, which are located behind the main building, the ambassador of the pools had problems with water, then there was no pressure - the shower did not switch, then the water was rusty for 3 days.
There is only one heated pool, and the heating is conditional. The food is decent - nothing superfluous, but for 9 days nothing has become boring. When they came to dinner at 2:30 pm or 2:45 pm, the choice was no longer great. At 15:00, everything was sharply removed, even tea, but they didn’t kick me out of the restaurant, what I put on the table, you could eat as much as you needed. There is no open terrace in the restaurant. You can feed the child from the common kitchen, but what is offered in the children's menu is not always suitable for the child. (peppered, salted, in ketchup. . . ).
The hotel area is very beautiful, green, there are many flowering shrubs, but there is no direct road to the sea - you can’t go through the center, only on the sides, so we rarely admired green spaces. The road to the sea has a steep slope - it's easy to go down, but it's more difficult to go up. In February, the sea has not yet warmed up enough, so not everyone liked to swim. The reef is good, there are a lot of interesting fish, the lifeguard showed me a crocodile fish, which I saw for the first time. There is no snack at the beach bar, only drinks. There were no queues at the bar either. You can only eat near the pool.
The playground in the hotel is completely broken. There is no suitable entry into the sea for children and there is no sand either.
The staff is mostly friendly, the atmosphere in the hotel is friendly. We heard that there was a theft of money from the room (4.02), but I don’t know the details.
There were a lot of Arab families on the weekend, they said that more than 200 people stopped by, they also had some kind of holiday - there were queues at the entrance to the restaurant, and in the pool bar they served locals first of all, and ours was told 10-15 wait minutes.

For a long time I wanted to get into a hotel in the Soho Square area, so that in the evenings there would be somewhere to take a walk. There are a lot of figurines, shops, cafes, everything sparkles festively.
And the free internet is better than in a hotel.
We went shopping from Anex for free, we were in textile - the prices for scarves, tunics were 5-10-15 USD. They bought strawberries in the market for 1 USD, they smell good, but the taste is still not very good and it crunches like a fresh cucumber)).
In spite of everything, we had a good rest, soaked up the sun, ate fruits and vegetables, and would have returned to this hotel, but without a child, but with my husband, to whom special thanks for a piece of summer in the middle of winter.
