We went with our daughter - she is a year and five. Didn't get out of the water. But this is my small one, and a five-year-old child can go deeper, and there are quite a lot of dead carals. You can't run there with a run!!! :)
We went on a sightseeing tour to Hurghada. I didn’t like it myself, but there’s nothing to do with a child. If you need souvenirs, it is better to buy at the airport on the way back. Everything there is full and much cheaper than near the hotel!!!
