Naama Bay meets your requirements. Only the water town in the hotels of this bay will not be on the first line. Look at Le Royal Holiday Resort Aqua Park, a good water park, but the second line, its own beach in the bay. At Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino, on the first line, there are a couple of timed slides, but this is not a water town.
