Maybe. Tour operators, at the request of a travel agent, can individually make such a tour. I once sent a similar request when I had to make one out of two tours. They calculated the cost for me. But, the price of such a tour made the idea impractical. At least for me.

Everything is possible, and the price, in my opinion, may not be so biting. Of course, it all depends on the TO and selected hotels. It is this tour to Egypt that I have booked - I am going with children at the end of May. Booked with Coral. And we have about the same: sea + water park. We were calculated without problems for different dates and different number of days.
We have a composition of 1 adult + 2 children, but children are 14 and 10 years old. The eldest child is already considered as an adult, so it turned out 2 adults + 1 child (10 years old). As a result, for 14 nights it turned out: 12 nights of Amforas +2 nights of Albatros Aqua blue = $ 1910 (with a TA discount). Now, at the end of May, the price for Amforas 14 nights for our team is approx. $ 1800 - $ 1850 (without discount), so, in my opinion, it turned out quite acceptable.
I am attaching a photo of the calculation options, from the final price, TA dropped another $ 100 to us.

Our option includes transfers airport - hotel 1, hotel 2 - airport. Transfer hotel1-hotel2 - on your own. Medical insurance coverage is also included automatically. I would throw them away, because. we are from Minsk and still take our insurance additionally, but TA assured me with an oath that it would not work without insurance.
