Belarus, for example, gives the difference with Ukraine 300 - 500 dollars for the same hotel. Therefore, if you notice, Boryspil and Zhulyan take off sometimes half of the aircraft are Belarusians .. Even with a transfer to Kyiv and back it turns out much cheaper.
