BUT. Here dad flies to Egypt in April through a join up (the hotel that he and his friend chose is offered only by joins, and they have a wedge of light on this hotel and that’s it. Well, we sat and thought, two men, without children, decided to fly). If I was flying with children, then I would not even consider such an option. The same is true for Anex. A direct flight to Thailand was offered, they flew without children and an adventure on the way back in the form of sitting at the airport for 12 hours due to non-payment for aircraft maintenance and refueling, as well as a flight through Tbilisi (there was refueling) and this is + 3 hours to the total flight ... they ended up spending 3 hours more in the cramped seats of the plane, which is very difficult with such a range ....

When we got stuck with Anex, we could not get at least some mark on the ticket or somewhere else that the plane was delayed, no signatures, official marks, etc. As a result, they have nothing to go to court with. They collected a petition on the spot, then wrote an appeal ... no, the ticket clearly states that the airline has the right to do anything (all cases are listed there) and you agree with this whole thing. And if you don't agree, then don't fly. No court will help you with this case. Alas, this is our reality.

Our situation is the same, there were not many hotels for the winter in our budget, only Join offered in the chosen one. We are also with kids. But they took the risk. It worked out. To date, at the legislative level, the rules for carriers of charter flights have been tightened and fines have been introduced. But we'll see how it will work.
