You can swim in March, but the air is cool ... it's not comfortable to go ashore. There is no direct charter from Kyiv to Taba airport. The plane flies to Sharm El Sheikh and it takes about 5 hours to get there (if you're lucky, maybe a little less). Check out the Hilton. Very green and picturesque...
