Yesterday we returned from Hurghada, had a great rest))) We booked a room at PANORAMA BUNGALOWS HURGHADA RESORT 4, but fate decreed otherwise, we were very sorry that we didn’t get there, of course, we were offered another hotel, more expensive, for all our suffering, which the dishonest travel agency allowed .But now it’s not about that, I would stop at PANORAMA or Calimera. We went on excursions, passed by Sultan Beach4 * and Sea Gull 4 - in my opinion they are not worthy of attention (((Choose of course you))) Have a happy holiday;)) )

We booked with Pegasus, in the end we rested with Tez Tour at LTI Pyramisa Beach Resort 5 *, the hotel is not bad, but there are drawbacks: the last one from the city, when you go on an excursion you sit down first, and you come back last ... but this is tolerable, just a child sways ((( Well, the hotel is not very comfortable, (as for me ... there are a lot of people) My conclusions for the future, this is only with Tez Tour, the best operator in Egypt.

Last year we rested in "Sultan Beach". The hotel itself is cozy, green, with good food and service. But - its main disadvantage - there is no normal beach. The hotel's beach is located in a shallow bay, squeezed by the piers of neighboring hotels. Swimming in the sea is not okay.
This year we rested in "Palm Beach" - very much. And friends were in "Kalimera" - also delighted. The only negative of both of these hotels is that they are located outside the city. If you want to go to Hurghada every evening, you will have to pay 20-30 pounds for a taxi one way.

I do not advise Diamond 5 * - there is a real anthill, especially on the beach where the sunbeds are almost butt to each other, and the territory is dotted with houses and roads. There is a good thing "GoogleMaps", where you can see all the hotels from space - this gives a real picture of the hotel. this year I was in SeaGalle, an excellent hotel with a beautiful territory, which is rare in the city center! 2 beaches, a lagoon for kids and those who want to sunbathe calmly and a beach with corals, the animation team is just super! A big plus is that it is very close to any restaurant! and discos nearby.

Tia Heights Makadi Bay (formerly Le Meredian) is a good hotel, but again, far from Hurghada. If you stop at it, do not settle in the main building, it is better in the buildings that are located closer to the sea, I don’t know what they are called now, they used to be called "Laguna".

you pay for a ticket and it does not specify which corps you will live in. we were settled in the old building, I really liked it, I saw a photo of the new one, somehow not very good, in the bathroom: something like a shower, in the old bath. there is no cheaper or more expensive, this is one hotel!

But they have many hotels decently cheaper than other operators. This is a plus. Minus - the plane was delayed in the return line for 5 hours. We found out about the transfer by accident, when the transfer to the airport did not arrive at the appointed time. We went to look for a piece of paper with information about the departure (although we saw it in the evening and in the morning - everything was OK), and there the new departure time in red ink. Phoned the guide, it turned out that the time was changed 2.5 hours before the transfer. For other operators, the transfer of departure was reported by a note to the room or by a call from the reception. And then there is complete silence .. Run to the piece of paper yourself all day. For my girlfriend, the same Pegasus postponed the flight from Taba 8 hours EARLY!!! Instead of 19.00 at 10.00. They were going to the beach on the last day and randomly decided to check if they were flying out later. We barely had time to pack our bags!

Instead of having a swim and catching the sun on the last day of rest before departure, sit at the reception, guarding the schedule changes. Normal service and customer care, in my understanding, is accompanying a tourist from the beginning of the tour until the moment he leaves the country.
