I have a negative experience of "rest" this year in Alanya in Turkey with Teztur + travel agency "Ay Da Tour" (Kyiv). The hotel has been replaced with an inferior one. I went with the Tez tour more than once, there were no problems, and the Isg-tour travel agency also had no problems. I believe that everything depends in equal parts on the tour company and the tour operator. In your situation, the tour company is clearly to blame. Look for a tour company that will provide you with a dock. all necessary documents. Or look through friends who have already checked out any company.

I disagree about the operator and sending the side. We went through the Espresso Tour (Moscow) and the On-Travel operator. Through he-trev once flew without problems, and the agency "Espresso tour " generally considered before that as a home. If you have enough patience, read my review "Egypt 2007. Hedef is designed for 1100 guests, and Galery for 500. Due to the two interconnected buildings, the territory is supposedly larger. The territory of Hedef very compactly includes a hotel, two swimming pools, two bars, an amphitheater. All this is surrounded by a metal fence. There are no green areas at all.
