They filed for myself and my husband in January 2018 (we have ordinary foreign passports, and today they are not ready yet). And the eldest daughter was given a passport at the OVIR, in November 2017, they paid according to the accelerated scheme (officially at the OVIR about 800 UAH with kopecks) and in December she already received it and flew safely to her husband in Vienna. And in the passport service according to the accelerated scheme earlier than 1.5 months they said it would not work. The intermediary wanted 6000 UAH for 10 working days .... Perhaps we were so lucky, but we met the deadline in a month. Try it, when applying, my husband and I were also recommended to pay according to the accelerated scheme, but it doesn’t work for us and we refused, we paid 500 with something .... we need them by September ....

There were no problems at all with Turkey and Egypt. .But now it's better to get a passport so as not to get into it. Too many moments because of which you can stay without rest and lose money. Your TA must also make sure that your documents are in order before giving you a tour, although according to the contract, you yourself are responsible for this part and if there is a problem with your documents, then these are your problems.

Well, where does such information come from, according to what such a law! It's been discussed here many times already. Someone said , the rest picked up . And now travel agencies have massively started mailing about this " law " . I made a request to the border guards - they answered me that there were no changes in the law. You can do the same - it will be official information, with a seal and signature, and not someone said somewhere. And travel agents ( at least mine ) are guided not by laws , but by such " announcements " . But in fact - of course it is better to make a separate passport
